Ingridients:
- 4 Large fully ripen Banana
- 4 cups all purpose flour/Maida
- 2 tsp Yogurt
- 1 tsp crushed Cumin
- 5 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Mix all purpose flour, baking Soda, Sugar, Salt,Yogurt and Cumin seeds in a large vessel or bowl.
- Grind Bananas into smooth paste , add to the above mixture and mix well, make into smooth dough.
- Cover the dough with a wet cloth and allow to ferment 5-6 hours or overnight.
- Heat the Oil in a pan for deep frying.
- In the mean while make dough into small balls as you do for chapathi and roll into samll thick poories. Deep fry.
- Serve hot with Chatney.
